New and Updated Features

This is a list of the new features, functions and enhancements added since the previous release

• AI
  • Upgraded to newest AI models
    • Operational performance is up to 50% faster
    • Results are markedly improved
    • Token usage is slightly higher from some operations and lower for others
  • Updated AI Generic Split to be able to extract and index header values (previously only extracted)
  • Chat bot can now be asked information about records such as:
    • “How many invoices are due next month?”
    • “How many invoices have we received this year from this vendor?”
  • Added language selection to all summarizer and explainer AI features
  • Ask DoM chat responds in the language that was used for the question
• E-forms
  • Added help button on each field in the designer to access the field help quicker
• Start Page
  • If start page is a Record which no longer exists, User is now sent to Home with message
• SOW Builder
  • Errors in generating SOWs are now shown at the top of the SOW Builder screen and when hovering the error code in the report
• Security
  • Updated MFA keys so users will have to perform new MFA on next login if MFA is being used
  • Password security updated to current NIST recommendations or length only. Special characters are no longer recommended.
    • Low = No specific password requirements
    • Medium = 8+ characters
    • Strong = 12+ characters
• Automation and Workflow Logging
  • Added options to preserve Automation logs for review
  • Workflow Monitor logs are now preserved to Run History
  • Added Run History report for reviewing Automation / Workflow logs (available to Admins with Reporting rights only)

Fixes

This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release

• AI
  • Token usage was under reported on builder, summarizer, explainer, analyzer jobs. This build fixes the token reporting so the token usage for these job types will go up.
  • Token usage for the E-form Calculation and Condition writers and the App Documenter were over reported so they will go down as of this build. 
• Add-Ins
  • Work Trigger ID filter not working
• Workflow
  • When the viewer loads after an initial workflow route event, the routed item is not always loaded for the user if they are the recipient of the route
  • Email action would not resolve variables values in email addresses that were sent into the Action Set from an E-form directly
  • Send Collaboration Portal action would not resolve variables values in email addresses that were sent into the Action Set from an E-form directly
• Search and Entry
  • European date formats are flipping month and day when using in search or entry
• Searching
  • Full text searching for terms like ABC123:01 or ABC123/01 can time out
• Record Type Admin
  • Deleting a Retention or Automation removes the last item from the list and not the one that is clicked on
• E-forms
  • Get Value From Other Field setting always selecting the top field on the form
  • Repeater fields did not fully support Signature Pad fields
  • Calling an Action Set with a Multi-Option field fails. Now values are converted to comma-delimited list for sending.
  • Calling the Refresh Form Data with a Multi-Option field fails
  • Tables – Option columns not showing their Custom Option settings
• QuickBooks Online
  • Refresh token not always checked before expire so refresh would not always work
