This is a list of the new features, functions and enhancements added since the previous release

      • Added better memory management for image and document handling
      • Page Counts – When a document page count is requested for a document that is an E-form we are now sending back the number of E-form pages instead of 1
    • Variables
      • Added SortOrder to DMGET2
    • Revisions
      • Document revisions are no longer saved for documents > 10 MB in size
    • SMTP Email
      • Added Default REPLY TO email address to have the reply address be custom and separate from the FROM address
    • Machine Learning Invoice Processing
      • Updated Invoices splitting to split when invoice number different regardless of other items matching / existing
    • Indexing Automation
      • System now produces image thumbnails on Index, Split and Classify screen loads to make sure pages render properly
    • Viewer
      • Added option to regenerate thumbnails for the open document
    • Workflow
      • Email fast lane – Added original email as attachment to error emails (for debugging purposes)
    • Toolbar Entry
      • Added option to Save and Close window
    • Search
      • Added support for variables in Category, SubCategory and Document Name searching 

Fixes

This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release

      • Thumbnails – Thumbnail are being generated twice for each doc during PDF parse
      • Annotations are not being positioned on Print and conversion to PDF properly if annotated pages are rotated
      • Downloading document with hidden TAB character causes download failure
    • Indexing Screen
      • Value prompts in workflow not working properly
    • Stamps (Admin)
      • List won’t load if stamp(s) uploaded are too large in bytes
    • Search
      • Some searches very slow when searching using leading and trailing % signs (record type link field operation) due to @SECURE logic
    • Variables
      • DMGET2 variable results (JSON) get put through variable replacement logic which strips out arrays because of [ and ]
    • System
      • Updated document caching to make sure 2 pages don’t copy same doc from storage while processing
      • Large pages are not properly down-sampled when creating renderings which makes the renderings very large
      • XLSM files do not always convert for display or OCR properly
      • Not all dates are being converted to local time in browser (reports, etc.)
    • PDF Viewing
      • Not all thumbnails are rendering properly from PDF documents and are being shown as white pages
      • Memory leak was found and fixed in PDF-to-Image conversion routine
      • PDFs that are set with an internal page rotation are showing out of aspect (squished)
    • E-forms
      • Chrome auto-fill is entering or overwriting the Public Password when opening the form in the E-form editor
    • QuickBooks Online
      • Time outs are happening when saving Bills into QuickBooks Online
    • Home
      • Adding a saved search to the Home page fails if the user has never set their Home page panels manually (mostly impacts new users)
    • Workflow
      • Rule – Check Document Existence not populating Category when selected
      • SFTP Action test button fails if full path and file set
      • Fast lane emails not working when original email links are altered by email safety filters
    • Reporting
      • Reassigning work items using notes sets the note user to the user begin assigned TO instead of the user doing the reassigning
