Putting the two together helps users leverage the best of both worlds. docMgt manages your input, reviews and approvals. Then docMgt sends all the pertinent data directly to QuickBooks online. This reduces double entry and allows for inline, immediate approvals and oversight.
What Is Included
docMgt can access the Vendors, Accounts and Classes from QuickBooks Online (QBO). This allows docMgt users to quickly index the invoices using confirmed QBO data. Once the invoices are indexed and approved docMgt automatically pushes the invoice data into QBO to queue up for payment. After the invoice is paid in QBO, docMgt then brings back the check number and check date used for payment so the docMgt invoice has a record of the entire transaction. The docMgt, QuickBooks Online integration is designed to save users time, effort and money with the AP processing.
