Branding allows you to configure the look of the system to match your “brand” or company colors. It can also be used to represent holidays, seasons, moods, company events, etc. The colors, backgrounds and logos can be configured to give the system just the right feel to the users. This Email Branding article is a continuation to Branding your docMgt Site.
Email branding will be made available in the 3.04 release! docMgt is excited to offer these new branding opportunities to ensure our users that they have every opportunity to give their site and now their emails to both internal and external users a look and feel that matches their needs.
To get started select the [icon name=”copyright” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Branding logo from the Administration drop down.
This section gives you the ability to change the look and feel of the emails that are sent through the system. All emails are generated with a template that is built into the system. The header text and the color scheme can be changed by using the branding system as shown below.
As you’ll see, you have several options in customizing your Email’s branding. While you are making the changes, you’ll be able to get a sneak peek of what the Email will look like. This will help you make any adjustments needed.
