This is a list of the new features, functions and enhancements added since the previous release
- E-forms
- Two Inline label alignments added – allows the field to flow along with the label – before or after
- Flex Columns – Added Grid mode that allows fields to use multiple rows/columns and snap to the specified grid
- Date Badge – Single date display badge with optional click event
- Added Date Badge display option to Agenda Calendar
- Added the Stat Tile field: one headline number with a caption, icon and color thresholds
- “Reload E-form in latest version” option no longer preserves original options. It replaces them with options defined in the template at the time of the update.
- Workflow
- Create E-form Share – Creates a public fill link for an EXISTING E-form document so an outside user can complete it
- Expire/Update E-form Share – Expires, re-dates, or resets existing Document Shares (both download shares and E-form fill shares)
- Added options for when a user returns from Out Of Office – leave the work items assigned or reassign back
- AI
- Added AI Document Split action
- PDF to E-form conversion enhanced CheckBox and Radio Button placement
- Document Merging
- PDFs with duplicate field names would not merge data due to PDF handling of duplicate field names
- Toolbar
- Entry screen in CSV import mode will add Record Type monikers if they are not part of the import file
- Workflow option now show for everyone who has ever had a workflow item and the user option was removed
- Home
- Workflow panels now show for everyone who has ever had a workflow item
- Reporting
- Login report will not show a “Remember Me” user coming in once per day at most
- Searches that error out are now logged so admins/reporting users can see the search that was attempted
- OOO (Out of Office)
- Out of office automatic workflow reassignment added. Controlled by System / Process/ Trigger settings
- Viewer
- Admin feature – Revert Record – reverts the data in a Record to before a point in time.
- Office 365 email support for emails sent directly from the viewer – complete with contact selection for addressing
- Add-Ins
- Updated Add-Ins to be able to use DMTEMP vars in window open URLs
Fixes
This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release
- AI
- Editing an E-form using AI could cause settings to get lost
- Split actions threw errors when routing split records
- E-forms
- Client variable [DOM] was not being replaced client side
- Client variable [DAY] was returning the month instead of the day
- Public E-forms with embedded forms are not loading
- QuickBooks Desktop not syncing in V5
- Login
- Login screen and public e-forms refreshing after inactivity
- Login not taking user to start screen
- SAML login lost its page redirect after auth completed
- Older V3 direct URLs were not working
- Reporting
- Errors with non-ASCII characters cause text of error to not show at all
- Viewer
- Emails sent from viewer were logged in the Email report but not associated with the Record
- Portals
- Portals are not auto-completing if the last item is a document upload
