This is a list of the new features, functions and enhancements added since the previous release

• E-forms
  • File Upload – Added extra checks to be sure file uploads contain binary data before save
  • Chart – Added ‘Loading Chart Data’ spinner
  • Search Results – Added option to save all searched Record Ids into a field
• Workflow
  • Search and Update – Changed logic to use both Search and Update values if adding Record when match not found
  • Value Comparison – Added ‘LIKE’ matching for using wildcard
• Emails
  • Updated the standard email template to make it more streamlined for better layout on different screen sizes
• Variables
  • STRINGDIFF – Returns a numeric value of the differences between 2 strings
  • MATCHLINES – Returns lines from multi-line text that contain matching text
  • GETNUMVALUE – Added minus sign as allowed character
  • JSONSORT – Sorts a JSON array by a specific property
• Viewer
  • Notes – Updated Record Notes panel to new look
  • Notes – Added workflow trigger info to workflow notes
  • Cleaned up document list spacing to give more indentation for sub categories

Fixes

This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release

• Document Shares
  • Custom filename not working on download
• Viewer
  • Merge Docs – Original docs lose OCR and Annotations if they are not deleted
  • Show Deleted Documents showing for non admins
  • Error message is wrong when no binary data exists for Document
  • CTRL-S save will lose date field value change if that field still has focus
• Workflow
  • Reassign in Record Workflow panel is removing assignment instead of assigning
  • Workflow list not refreshing after routed record is deleted or purged (applied to 4.29)
  • Reassign prompt happens even when record deleted or purged
• E-forms
  • Cannot set redirect URL unless button text has value
  • Public Search Results – Advanced panel not working in editor
  • File Upload Action – Error when no files selected
• Database
  • Number range searches fail for very large values (applied to 4.29)
• Security 
  • Security for REST calls can stop valid documents uploads (applied to 4.29)
• Record
  • Entry mode in workflow blanks out line items after save (applied to 4.29)

  • Icons don’t wrap correctly on top of search screen

  • Dates are being changed by 1 day for users in + time zones
• Rich Editor (E-forms, Collaboration, Email Editor, etc.)
  • Allows drop of image files into editor which is not supported

  • Password field not getting focus when page loads with a username

  • Deferred report Start and Completion times are showing just dates and not the times
