    • Added a feature to search through admin settings looking for values. This is useful for finding where certain values were used

    • Added structured XML Viewer capability

    • Invoice Auto-Split – Added options to customize split phrases
    • Added support for Fast Lane reassignment of work items
  • Portals
    • Added custom panel titles
    • Updated look and feel to make them function simpler
    • Added footer instructions
    • Added links to completion % and graphics
  • Site Admin
    • Combined all Machine Learning page counts into one column
  • Reports
    • Added Machine Learning page count
    • Cleaned up print display for reports by taking out search forms, save buttons, etc.

    • Added option to merge and download document in single call

    • Updated main toolkit libraries
  • Search
    • Changed the ‘assigned to me’ search flag to be something that can be shared with other users to run for themselves
  • E-forms
    • Added a basic print template option that can be used for printing E-forms without needing to create a PDF merge template
    • Added support for Topaz signature pad and Combo signature pad fields
  • Variables
    • TABLEROWCOUNT – Counts the number of rows in an E-form table
    • Added Refresh button for use after opening Office docs
  • Add-Ins
    • Added the ability to launch web URL from Search add-in
    • Added PRE and POST actions for Search Add-Ins

 

Fixes

This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release

          • Workflow reassignment does not prompt for permanent reassign when trigger is configured for it
          • Linked fields with empty values are displaying the first item from the linked Record Type in record data panel
          • Documents – Editing Category or SubCategory can change all documents
          • TBL data being sent back in raw data
          • Regenerate Thumbnails option not working properly

          • Show single item not working for single shared document
        • Search
          • Merged records preserve deleted records’ workflow when it should not
          • Option List multi-value search not working
        • Admin
          • Workflow – ‘Copy Button’ button not working
          • Workflow – Restore panel fails to open
          • Record Type – Retention actions are missing Criteria settings
          • Workflow – Initiate Workflow action not showing trigger/process list
        • E-forms
          • Required fields that are disabled are still preventing form save
          • Printing with merge doc does not grab values that come from Record
          • Signature (checkbox version) field not working
          • Label alignment is not working
          • Print button in E-forms not working

          • DOCIDS returns first page of results twice

          • Classification using all words for barcode and OCR only checks
