- Admin
- Config Manager – Added ability to have config manager load from personal online libraries
- Record Types – Added button to create and download a sample Importer config file for current Record Type
- Added “Save and Close” logic to Record Types, Custom Variables, Notifications, Users, and Teams screens
- Record Type Security – Renamed security types for clarity
- Record Type Fields – Added option to color code fields based on their values
- Added CTRL-ENTER hotkey for Save and Close in all admin edit screens
- Added filtering by header on screens with identifier icons
- Workflow
- Auto-Classify – Added more logging to know how classification break was made
- Updated all rules and actions so selecting a field from field selector fills in its default value if available
- CSV Line Loop – Added CSV Line Loop action to loop through CSV file and run actions for each line
- Set Temp Record – Added option to set TEMP record as Active or Alternate Record
- Added DMTempValue action to update in-memory variable for temp processing
- View – Completed support for “E-form Only” view mode which shows E-form full screen and hides footer buttons
- Deferred Auto-Split – Have V4 split screen load breaksheet splits and apply Machine Learning indexing during save
- Line Item Looping – Added rules to line-item looping to allow selectively operating on specific line items
- Create Text Document – Removed limitation by file extension
- Buttons – First button added to trigger will now have its “Default Compete” option set ON

- Added ability to search for Records where Documents have been Added or Changed within date ranges

- Updated the loading spinner for embedded Add-Ins to a fresh look
- Added Deferred Actions which will run in an offline process (best for long-running processes)
- Added support for accessing Document during Add-In processing. Open document in viewer is sent to Add-In process.
- Record Add-In now returns to previously opened Document after running and refreshing Record screen
- Add support for allowing Add-Ins to run on multiple (checked) documents from viewer
- Viewer
- Changes pinch zooming to be less aggressive
- Changed Zoom Out to stop before image gets too small
- Changed viewer to show documents full screen on small devices
- Changed E-from button for updating template to be a drop down to save space on small devices
- Added HI-RES viewing option that loads documents in higher resolution but with slower loading
- Changed view to hide split screen option on small screens
- Added IIF file support as Text document
- When OCR process is done the Record header data refreshes automatically to show any value updates done within workflow
- Added option to load first document when record loaded
- Added option to show PDFs inline using locally installed application such as Adobe Reader
- Added ability to sort the document list in the view. This is saved across sessions in a local cookie.

- Updated viewer screen to be simpler

- Increased accuracy of 3 of 9 barcode reading
- Added more logging to OCR process
- Office Integration
- Added logic for auto login when users open a document directly from the server. This avoids them having to enter their username/password every time.
Fixes
This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release
- Admin
- Cannot login as another admin user from user admin list
- Having exactly 50 Record Types causes admin loading loop
- Record Type Admin – Typing into the Auto-Populate or Link Limits fields causes field to lose focus
- Drag and drop operations can cause items to disappear if parent is dropped into child
- Workflow
- Create Text File – If filename left empty then no name is used for file and no extension is set
- Auto-Index region not showing all of landscape page
- Search And ? actions not honoring CTR variables in Update section – i.e. [LINECTR], [DOCCTR]
- Auto-Split / Auto-Classify – Definition screens are not saving the multiple lines of breaks separately so entering more than one break code (multiple lines) results in no splitting
- Workflow stops advancing if a Document is routed and then gets deleted before workflow is completed
- V3 manual indexing would not carry invoice values with it
- E-forms
- Table Upload/Scan not working when table in container
- Fields set to load values from record data not always blanked out if value in record is blank
- Moving between documents with the same E-form template does not trigger “loading e-form” message
- E-forms not showing in toolbar when Record Type has entry rights but marked to not show in entry list
- E-forms load in public interface even when not set for Public

- Searching for Record by Doc Cat, SubCat and Name returns by Cat, SubCat OR Name (not AND)
- Global Search button in toolbar not visible to all users
- Compare Mode date fields not showing proper field selectors
