This is a list of the new features, functions and enhancements added since the previous release

      • Compute package completion on each save and load and do server-side instead of client side
      • Set Publish URL server side instead of client side
      • If shared document description is left blank then the portal will default to showing the document’s actual name
      • Added events that can fire Action Sets on User Login, Document Upload and E-form Upload

      • Updated underlying office/image utilities
    • Excel Merge
      • Added support for merging images in the same way as Word document merges
    • Admin
      • Added warning in Workflow completion actions when SPLIT action is in Assignment Actions
    • Variables
      • Updated PIPE2CARET and CARET2PIPE to also support PIPETOCARET and CARETTOPIPE

Fixes

This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release

      • Document Revisions not working unless new document is of the same type (extension) as the original document
      • Browser AutoComplete still filling in entry fields when not wanted
      • Memory leak issue while extracting pages as images from PDF causes premise system to slow and need to be reset occasionally
      • Record security using @Secure tags is blocking all Records that have more than one @Secure value
    • E-forms
      • E-form line item tables not defaulting to configured data set – being emptied
      • E-form calculations not work in Tables consistently
    • Workflow
      • Workflow console – Work trigger loading errors if too many triggers defined
      • Workflow Current and History Reports – Work trigger loading errors if too many triggers defined
    • Collaboration Portals
      • No progress shown on portal screen when E-forms loaded or saved which can causes users to click save more than once
      • Form/Doc sections showing up in the portal even when no docs/forms available because prerequisites are not ready
    • PDF Merge
      • If image field value is blank then image merges in the first document’s thumbnail
    • Home Page
      • Some page panels error out when too much data being returned (typically due to Records with E-forms that save a lot of data)
    • Record Search 
      • Search is not sorting properly when documents also have values for the sorted field
    • Barcode / OCR 
      • Values being cut off if greater than 100 characters
