This is a list of the new features, functions and enhancements added since the previous release

• Office Integration
  • Added Outlook Add-In integration for newer Outlook – including installed, web and Mac
  • Added Office 365 Integration so emails sent by users are sent thru MS265 and are shown in their sent mail 
  • Added Office 365 Integration for using your MS365 contact lists from the viewer email UI
• AI – Ask DoM
  • Added knowledge to better support JSON parsing questions and more advanced topics
  • Added E-form Calculation Writing knowledge
  • Added E-form Condition Writing knowledge
• Workflow
  • Updated the workflow testing buttons in the viewer to run thru as much of the workflow as it can – not just the next step
• E-forms
  • Designer – Added “Write Calculation with AI” within the E-form designer to help build calculations
  • Designer – Added “Write Condition with AI” within the E-form designer to help build conditions
  • Designer – Added “Explain an E-form with AI” within the E-form designer to help figure out why the form/fields work the way they do
  • Embedded E-form Field – Added setting to allow securing embedded form by all means the Document would be
  • Agenda Calendar – Events can show a smaller line under the description with their Timing and Information
  • Add Calendar Event – Added Timing and Event Information
  • Carousel field – Added Carousel field for rotating banner content
  • Table Field – Tables now scroll to a row when it is added out of view
  • Table Field – Added setting to pin the header so it does not scroll out of view
  • Link Container – Added Link Container field to make contents clickable (add event to any field)
  • Tables – You no longer need to delete all rows and re-add them for your column changes to take effect
• Linked Fields
  • Linked field no longer auto-selects single result if field set to accept unmatched values

  • Added Support URL button to About page
• Record screen
  • Added Explain Security admin menu option to show who as access to what and explain why for the Record and all  its Documents
• Variables
  • DMGETEVENTS – Added optional Information Field and Timing Field arguments
• REST
  • Changed REST document download to return 410 Gone result code if document is not on disk during download

 

 

Fixes

This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release

• Document Security
  • The proper security was not always applied to Documents when multiple layers of security are used across Cat/Sub/Name. Some users may have gotten too much access while others to little. Admins should check document security access. The Configured security is now strictly adhered to and a new Explain Security feature is now available in the Record screen to help.
• E-forms
  • An E-form that calls an Action Set on load that then creates the same E-form causes loop and failure
  • Tables do not honor their Height/Max Height settings
  • Some container fields allow contents to spill outside their contained areas
  • Tables – Columns could not be rearranged without removing and re-adding all rows
  • Conditions – -Workflow- check in the negative sense is not working properly
• Applications
  • Authorize button does not work on new Applications – only existing
  • DocuSign – Changing the Type property did not save the change
• Viewer
  • Cannot drag and drop documents after new document is added to viewer
• System
  • Inactive session timeout causes toolbar to be lost on re-login
  • Inactive session timeout causes users to have to login twice
• Workflow
  • Search for Similar Action button not finding anything
  • Workflow Explainer could show an error reading the results from AI
  • Reverse matching does not properly check NO MATCH values
• Searching
  • Using -OR- with number fields can miss currency formatted numbers
