- Added confidence level to words

- Auto-Index – Added Confidence level as a parameter for indexing fields
- Delete Documents – Added option to specify Record ID of document(s) to delete

- Lock/Unlock E-form – Add option to specify the ID of the Document to lock/unlock
- Viewer – Updated workflow process sequence to show the ‘Processing’ dialog quicker

- DMGETIN – Added to return an -IN- delimited list of values that can be used in searches

- Changed logic to show Record Portals to all users but only allow Adding, Editing or Deleting to those users with Read/Write access
- Added option to Admin to allow Read Only users to be able to edit portals

Fixes
This is a list of the issues we fixed since the previous release
- Search
- Direct URL searches within a Record Type are not setting Record Type when running (applied to 4.24)
- Routed To Me – assigned items not always opening with workflow
- Viewer
- Not prompting for document data when dropping on gray box or Documents header (applied to 4.24)
- Viewer showing last item’s workflow buttons
- Text Annotations without text are causing exceptions on Export and Print
- Not all annotations are being applied to downloaded documents
- HTML files with “<!DOCTYPE html>” show an error when opened in viewer
- Security
- Document data is affecting Record security
- OCR
- DocMgt_Agent user does not always have rights to documents and shows errors in OCR logs
- Entry
- Using PASTE from Excel causes text to paste into field as expected but also pastes an image of the text as a document. Changed PASTE method to only paste images as documents when the cursor is not in an entry field to avoid that behavior.
- E-forms
- Timer field not repeating when it is configured to do so
- Workflow buttons not showing in Buttons field if inside a container
- Table Field – Scanning single document triggers ‘Scan All’ logic
- Table Field – Hidden/Visible for newly added column causes error
- Computed values do not work properly in fields that can save
- Table not adding new rows on tab if one of the last columns is read only
